Training benefits
Our training sessions are designed to help you master your interactive products through hands-on practice and discussions about successfully integrating them into your workplace. A core team will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in designing and delivering training. We pride ourselves on recruiting some of the best trainers in the industry.

Each trainer completes an extensive accreditation program before they are assigned to any project ensuring you receive the highest levels of performance. If we don’t have the skill set to meet your needs, we will go and get it for you rather than using a ‘Jack of all trades’ approach.

There is no such thing as off the shelf when it comes to training; you will receive a training solution tailor made to fit your needs; this is reflected in the way the training is delivered, the words or language used and the method of evaluation; everything relates to your company culture.

Technical products are typically trained by technical people. We specialise in taking technical products and translating them to business users, without jargon and specific to your needs.

All trainers have a proven track record in the technical arena. Each trainer has worked closely with a number of products and solutions. Their invaluable experience comes from a proven ability to deliver an indepth exploration of the product and to test all aspects of the training solution before commencing the training.

Training Packages
All trainers are Product Accredited and offer five levels of training.

Familiarisation (90 minutes)
Deliver training directly to the end users at the customer’s premises. During the 90 minute course we will familiarise you with the product and make sure you are confident with the Interactive Board basics. The course is for a maximum of six candidates.

User Training (half day)
Deliver training directly to the end users at the customer’s premises. Prior to training, each customer is involved in a training needs analysis where we ascertain their training requirements. The training delivery then encourages the user to use more features, providing an opportunity to demonstrate and recommend any unidentified features. You will all be confident with the majority of features of the Board. The course is for a maximum of 10 candidates.

User Training (full day)
Deliver training directly to the end users at the customer’s premises. During the full day course, you will be taught every aspect of the Board features, making sure you are confident to an advanced level. The course is for a maximum of 10 candidates.

121 Coaching
This is designed for the business director who cannot afford the time with in the standard working day for training, but needs to understand the functionality of the Board in order to present with authority, style and precision. A two hour, one on one coaching session run at a time to suit your working day and guaranteed to provide all the skills and knowledge needed to present with impact.

Training Package
Six half/full day training events that can be taken over the course of 12 months after installation, designed to provide an enhanced understanding of the functionality of the board and benefits they bring to you. We can also offer initial training for new users and or refresher training to include all web-based updates.
